We are a dedicated local team, working with US State Parks and Recreation committed to safeguarding the health and integrity of Folsom Lake by preventing the spread of aquatic invasive species. Our goal is to swiftly restore boating access, enabling enthusiasts to return to the lake and fully enjoy their time on the water with minimal delay.

We provide comprehensive watercraft inspection and decontamination services, fully certified by the Pacific States Marine Fisheries Commission and the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service. These certifications validate that our procedures meet the highest industry standards for preventing the introduction and spread of aquatic invasive species.

 

Our Mission

 

Our long-term goal is to secure state-level funding, which will allow us to offer these critical services to boaters at no cost. However, to support the operation of our inspection stations and ensure adequate staffing, we currently charge a fee for these essential services. In the meantime, our efforts once again are focused on efficiently getting boaters back onto the lake, allowing them to quickly resume their enjoyment and make the most of their time on the water.
